OEM authorization for resellers
How a reseller gets authorized by an OEM to sell its products on GeM.
Start with a decision-ready request
The reseller identifies the exact category and shares enough operating information for the OEM to assess fit. The OEM can move the request under consideration, accept it or reject it.
Coordinate the reference
When accepted, Dome can generate and display a unique collaboration reference for the shared workflow. Both parties must follow the current OEM-panel process and use the official GeM record for any binding authorization step.
Keep ownership visible
The timeline shows whether the OEM or reseller owns the next action, what category is covered, the agreed validity and whether the relationship is active, rejected, expired or revoked.
Do not confuse status with approval
A Dome status helps the parties coordinate; it does not itself create authorization on GeM. Always verify completion and validity in the relevant GeM account before listing or bidding.
